Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Join" on any page. You'll receive a verification code by email to complete registration. You must be 18 or older to join.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email and we'll send you a link to reset it.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from Settings → Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I change my email address?
Email changes require contacting support for verification. Use the in-platform feedback option in Settings.
Privacy & Safety
Who can see my profile?
Registered members can view your public profile. Your email and phone number are never shown publicly.
How do I report a user or content?
Use the "Report" option available on any post, comment, or profile. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
How do I block someone?
Visit their profile and use the options menu (⋯) to block them. They will no longer be able to view your profile or contact you.
Businesses
How do I add my business?
Go to Businesses → Add Business. Check "I am the owner" if you own or manage it. You can upload photos and add contact details.
How do I claim a business listed by someone else?
Visit the business page and click "I am the Owner". Submit a message explaining your connection to the business. Our team will review and approve it.
Can I suggest a correction to a business listing?
Yes — visit the business page and click "Suggest an Edit". You can describe what needs to be changed and optionally attach proof.
Groups & Events
How do I create a group?
Go to Groups → Create Group. You can set it as public (anyone can join) or private (admin approval required).
How do I RSVP to an event?
Open the event page and click the RSVP button. You can change your response any time before the event.
Notifications
How do I manage my notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications to control which alerts you receive by email and push notification.
How do I enable browser push notifications?
Go to Settings → Push Notifications and click "Enable Push Notifications". Your browser will ask for permission.
