MeetNepali is a product of NixBin LLC, a company registered in the state of North Carolina, USA. By creating an account or using MeetNepali ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MeetNepali. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on MeetNepali. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse any user content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Community Standards

MeetNepali is a community platform for Nepali people worldwide. We expect all members to treat each other with respect. Content that promotes discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

The MeetNepali name, logo, and all Platform content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of MeetNepali and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetNepali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any content posted by other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
